Brazilian to carry Olympic torch on day 69

With all this talk about the journey of the Olympic torch in London, I decided to look at the route today and, coincidentally, not only is the torch starting its journey tomorrow in Primrose Hill, where I live, but one of the torchbearers is a Brazilian. His name is Fernando Goldberg and he is a cabin crew member for BA. Part of his nomination reads: “He is so very proud of our airline and our business and time after time has gone the extra mile for our customers giving up his own time to help the business, such as acting as CSD for our special flight in São Paulo in April where we took 237 disadvantaged children to the skies.” If you live in the area, the torch will start its journey tomorrow at 6.48am. Ouch.
